Damon Harris

Damon Harris has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Damon began their career as a Certified Surgical Nurse at Mercy Hospital & Medical Center, where they specialized in Orthopedic, Neuro, Vascular, Hand, and Reconstructive ENT Nursing Assistance.

After that, Damon joined Cardinal Health as an IPS Regional Manager, responsible for onboarding, training, and developing ambulatory care sales consultants throughout the division. Damon worked at Cardinal Health for over a decade before transitioning to Quest Diagnostics as the Director of Sales for the Oklahoma area, leading a team to manage a significant book of business.

Damon later joined DaVita Inc., where they served as the CEO and Facility Administrator. During their time at DaVita, they contributed to the company's operation and management.
