Prajod Tk

Prajod TK has extensive experience in the field of immunodiagnostics and application support, with a career spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as an Application Support Manager at bioMérieux since October 2012, Prajod is responsible for developing a robust application support team and managing various customer service aspects including training and technical complaint resolution. Previously, Prajod held roles such as Senior Application Specialist and Application Specialist at bioMérieux, focusing on consulting, technical training, and customer satisfaction. Prior to this, Prajod worked as a Product Specialist at Everlife-CPC Diagnostics, managing brand and sales strategies, and as a Technical Officer at Lilac Medicare Pvt Ltd, providing instrument installation and troubleshooting support. Prajod began the career as a Microbiologist at Aster MIMS. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Medical Microbiology from Calicut University and a BSc in Medical Microbiology and Bacteriology from Mahatma Gandhi University.
