Stephane de Saint Jean

Stephane DE SAINT JEAN has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing industry. Stephane served as the Senior Vice President Global Purchasing at bioMérieux, where they provided strategic guidance and oversight for the company's global purchasing operations. Prior to that, they were the European Industrial Operations Director at bioMérieux, responsible for managing eight sites across France, Italy, and Spain. Stephane also served as the Site Head at bioMérieux, overseeing a plant that contributed significantly to the company's turnover and margin. Earlier in their career, Stephane worked at Plastic Omnium as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, where they led the design, industrialization, and launch of new paintline and injection machines across multiple plants worldwide. Stephane also held roles as the Packaging and Secondary Equipment Manager and Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Plastic Omnium. Stephane started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Solvay. Throughout their career, Stephane has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills, consistently achieving positive results in terms of financial performance, quality compliance, and team development.

Stephane DE SAINT JEAN earned a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Génie Mécanique from INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, they obtained a Diplome Universitaire de Technologie in Génie Mécanique des Procédés from IUT Lyon 1 in 1990.
