April Labrador

April Labrador is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries, including biotechnology, technology, and telecommunications. Currently serving as Associate Director of People and Culture at Bionano since 2020, April plays a key role in building relationships with business leaders and providing guidance on employee relations and performance management. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner and HR Business Partner at Brain Corp, where management of critical HR functions and benefits programs was paramount. April has also held HR management positions at Ardea Biosciences, Intercare Insurance Solutions, CoStar Group, First Advantage, Cox Communications, and SilkRoad.
