Ana Gabriela del Hierro Calvachi

Ana Del Hierro Calvachi is a proficient professional with extensive experience in biotechnology and sustainable development. Currently serving as a Talent4BBI Marie Skłodowska-Curie PhD Student at BIONET since December 2022, Ana's academic journey includes a PhD in Bioprocess Engineering at University College Dublin. As a co-founder of Pro-Loop, a startup focused on alternative protein sources, Ana has demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and innovative thinking. Previous roles include consulting for the Inter-American Development Bank and serving as an Unleash Ambassador for SDGs.
