Dinesh Manandhar

Dinesh Manandhar is a highly skilled computational biologist with extensive experience in computational biology and bioinformatics. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist II in Computational Biology at BioNTech US, Dinesh has also held a position as Senior Computational Biologist at BioNTech SE since October 2021 and worked as a Computational Biologist at GSK from August 2018 to October 2021. Dinesh earned a PhD in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics from Duke University, where a thesis was completed on comparative analysis of chromatin accessibility and gene expression. Additionally, Dinesh has experience in teaching, having served as a teaching assistant for graduate-level courses and held roles in seminar speaker selection and student orientation.
