Farrukh Vohidov

Farrukh Vohidov is a Scientist at BioNTech SE since September 2020, specializing in the development of mRNA delivery systems. Prior experience includes a Formulation Scientist role at Kernal Biologics, Inc., focused on MC3 LNP formulation and extra-hepatic mRNA delivery. As a Postdoctoral Associate in the Johnson lab at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Vohidov worked on macromolecular prodrugs and conducted structure-activity relationship analyses on various inhibitors. Vohidov completed a PhD in Chemistry at Rice University, where research involved protein engineering, and began a career as a Research Assistant at Fatih Üniversitesi, designing and investigating macrocyclic complexes. Vohidov also has experience as a Laboratory Intern at Tajik aluminium company.
