Clay Worley

Clay Worley is the current Advisor at BioPharma Global and has been in this position since June 2022. Prior to this, Clay was the SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at NCI, Inc. from July 2017 to June 2022. In this role, they were responsible for the development and execution of all human capital and talent management strategies, programs, and systems to build a diverse, productive, collaborative, and ethical culture aligned to specific business plans and strategies for human-powered technology. Clay also served as Chief Ethics Officer.

Before joining NCI, Inc., Clay was the Vice President Human Resources at DXC Technology from June 2015 to July 2017. At DXC Technology (formerly Hewlett Packard Enterprise), they provided end-to-end IT services and guided clients on their digital transformation journeys. As VP of Human Resources within the U.S. Public Sector organization, Clay supported over 9,500 employees who tailored IT and digital solutions and innovations for government agencies- federal, state, and local. Clay was responsible for planning and execution of the human capital strategy, including organizational design, talent acquisition and management, workforce planning, performance management, total rewards, and executive development.
