Vaithiegaa Mathanarajan

Vaithiegaa Mathanarajan has a diverse range of work experience. In 2014, they worked as a Medical Assistant at Markham Stouffville Hospital. In 2016, they served as a Teaching Assistant at Mindtech Montessori Schools. In 2019, they held the role of Exchange Program Assistant at DeGroote School of Business - McMaster University and also served as a Community Advisor at McMaster University. In 2020, they worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Engineering - McMaster University. In 2021, they served as a Project Management Intern/Research Trainee at University Health Network. Currently, they are working at BioPharma Services Inc., starting as a Project Coordinator and then advancing to Associate Project Director before becoming the current Project Director.

Vaithiegaa Mathanarajan has pursued an Honours Bachelor of Science (HBSc.) degree in Life Sciences from McMaster University. Additionally, they have obtained a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Centennial College. Vaithiegaa has also acquired several additional certifications. In June 2021, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance. In May 2020, Vaithiegaa earned the IBM Data Science Professional Certificate from Coursera. They have also completed the More Feet on the Ground Training from The Centre for Innovation in Campus Mental Health in August 2019. Furthermore, Vaithiegaa obtained the TCPS Core 2 Certificate from the Government of Canada and the safeTALK certification from LivingWorks in August 2019.
