Cato Mott II

Cato Mott II has a diverse work experience in software engineering and development. Cato has held various roles in different companies. Starting from 2016, they worked at BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy, where they progressed from a Principal Software Developer to a Manager and eventually became the Director of Software Engineering. During their time there, they managed developers, implemented Agile Scrum methodology and Test Driven Development, and led the development and migration efforts to Microsoft Azure.

Prior to that, they worked at Therigy as a Senior Lead .NET Developer, where they developed web APIs and led the development of a Therapy Management System.
