Ajay began the career as Zonal Commercial Manager at Mahindra Shubh Labh Pvt Ltd and worked as State In-charge at Syngenta India Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Agriculture from GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, obtained from 1987 to 1993.
