Mitchell Franklin

Mitchell Franklin has a strong background in contract administration and operations management. Mitchell most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at BIOQUAL, Inc. from January 2015. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Operations at the same company from 2012 to 2015. Before joining BIOQUAL, they held positions at various companies such as Emmes, ANSER, Birch & Davis Associates, Aspen Systems, Inc., and Dynatech Communications Inc. in roles related to contract administration and finance.

Mitchell Franklin began their education at Richard Montgomery High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 1977. Following this, they went on to attend the University of Maryland from 1980 to 1982, earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Later, they pursued further education at The George Washington University, graduating with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 1992.
