Dafne Vural

Dafne Vural has a diverse work experience starting in 2016. Dafne began their career as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at the Faculty of Science - Toronto Metropolitan University, where they conducted research and contributed to the publication of a review examining EGFR in metabolic pathways. Dafne continued their education at the same institution as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and MSc Graduate Student, maintaining a 4.0 GPA while studying advanced topics in Molecular Biology and completing a research-based graduate thesis on the role of Ack1 in EGFR-driven triple-negative breast cancer.

In 2019, Dafne joined Airbnb as a Property Manager. Over the course of three years, they managed four listings and coordinated stays with over 300 clients, earning a "superhost" status. Their responsibilities included creating attractive listings, managing cleaning staff, communicating check-in/out information, problem-solving, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Currently, Dafne works as a Business Development Representative at BioRender, starting in 2023. No end date is provided for this role.

Dafne Vural completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Toronto Metropolitan University from 2015 to 2019. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Molecular Biology from the same university from 2019 to 2022.
