Addis Melesse, CPA, MBA has worked in the accounting and finance field since 2000. Addis began their career as a Junior Staff Accountant for Berta Construction PLC. in 2000. Addis then moved to Fidelity Investments in 2007 where they worked as a Defined Benefits - Pensions. In 2010, they joined GXI International as an Accountant, where they were responsible for preparing weekly P&L statements, daily journal entries, balance sheet reconciliation reports and inter-company balance reconciliations, as well as invoicing and reconciling incoming payments and internal and international company logistics. In 2011, they joined BioResource International, Inc. as VP of Finance, Corporate Controller, Accounting Manager and Accountant.

Addis Melesse obtained a BA in Accounting from North Carolina Central University between 2003 and 2005. Addis then went on to pursue an MBA in Business Administration at the same university, graduating in 2006. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: Certified Public Accountant from the AICPA, and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the North Carolina State Board of CPA Examiners.
