Sari Rahat - Rozenbloom, Ph.D.

Sari Rahat-Rozenbloom, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Sari currently works as a System Engineer at Elbit Systems Ltd. Prior to that, they co-founded BiotaX, where they served as the CEO & Co-Founder and played a crucial role in the company's establishment. Sari also gained experience as a R&D Team Leader and Product Manager at Galooli.

Before transitioning into the private sector, Sari Rahat-Rozenbloom worked in academia, completing their Ph.D. in Nutritional Sciences at the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine. Sari also worked as a Clinical Dietitian at Clalit Health Services. In addition, they had the opportunity to hold various roles at Tiltan and IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries, where they used their technical expertise to identify customer requirements and provide technical services.

Sari Rahat-Rozenbloom started their professional journey in the Israeli Air Force, serving as an Officer for several years. Overall, their work experience is characterized by their adaptability and ability to excel in different roles and industries.

Sari Rahat - Rozenbloom, Ph.D. completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nutritional Sciences from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2004 and 2007. Sari further pursued their education at the University of Toronto, where they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Nutritional Sciences from 2010 to 2016.
