Chris Marzullo

Chris Marzullo is a Construction Management Specialist at Biotech Builders Group since July 2023, where the focus is on delivering optimal General Contractor/Construction Management results through effective communication. Previously, Chris served as the Construction Facilities Division Manager at Cummings Properties from September 2014 to July 2023, overseeing a portfolio of over 10 million square feet, which included bio/life science laboratories and various commercial and educational facilities in the Boston area. Chris's extensive experience also includes roles as Carpentry Team Leader and Carpenter Foreman at Gilbane Building Company and Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters, leading projects across New England. Chris holds a High School Diploma in Carpentry from North Shore Community College and Northeast Metro Regional Vocational, completing studies between 1998 and 2004.
