Ross Petras

Ross Petras is the Founder and Managing Partner of Biotech Partners, a contract research and biotech-focused executive search firm. Ross is also a Member of EO Charlotte and a former board member. Additionally, Ross is the founder of Best Sales Recruiters, known for producing 27% more top-line revenue in sales placements. Prior to this, Ross worked as an Executive Recruiter at South Florida Management Search and held sales and business development roles at Careerbuilder and Brainbuzz.com. Ross holds a Bachelor of Science in Aquatic Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavioral Management from Brown University.
