Juan Beron

He is experienced with different machine learning techniques and different applications for deep learning, particularly focused on artificial intelligence for the analysis and processing of images and videos. Previously, he was employed at DeepVision, where he gained experience in segmentation, object detection in densely packed images, and video tracking.

Juan has a B.S. in Electronic Engineering and B.S. in Applied Mathematics from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, one of the highest ranked universities in Colombia.

His theses for mathematics and engineering obtained honors distinction and he received a scholarship to spend one year in Germany as part of his major in electronic engineering.
