Marco Badino

Marco Badino has extensive experience in HR technology and systems, having held various leadership roles in global companies. Marco is currently the Global Head of HR Projects and Systems at Biotronik. Previously, they worked at Prosus Group as the Director Global People Technology and Head of HR Systems, where they led teams and managed HRIT projects. Prior to that, they were a Senior Manager and Manager at PwC Italy, where they provided advisory services and developed the HR Technology practice. Marco also worked as a Business & System Integration Consultant at Accenture, specializing in SAP SuccessFactors implementations. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Piaggio as an IT jr Project Manager and HR Specialist, and at Magna Closures as an HR Operative. Before entering the HR field, Marco worked as a Freelance Advertising Space Seller.

Marco Badino received their Master's degree in Management & Control from Università di Pisa, from the years 2003 to 2009. Marco also obtained a certification in Elements of AI from University of Helsinki and Reaktor in 2019.
