Sebastian Pooschke

Sebastian Pooschke began their work experience in 2006 at Linklaters LLP, where they worked as a Rechtsanwalt and later became a Managing Associate. In 2017, they joined BIOTRONIK as the Director of Legal Projects. In 2019, they were promoted to Vice President Corporate Legal Group and General Counsel (OUS) at BIOTRONIK.

Sebastian Pooschke has a strong educational background in law and European Union business law. Sebastian completed their Erstes Staatsexamen from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin in 2002 and later obtained their Zweites Staatsexamen during their Referendariat at Kammergericht Berlin from 2004 to 2006. Sebastian also pursued a Master's degree in European Union Business Law at the University of Amsterdam from 2002 to 2003, and studied law at Freie Universität Berlin from 1996 to 1998. Additionally, Sebastian holds a Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English.
