Dan H. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Dan started their career at the Berry Company as a Division Manager-Sales Director, where they successfully created and managed a new sales division, earning three Circle of Excellence Awards. Dan then joined AT&T as an Operations Sales Manager-Inside and Outside, overseeing a sales division and consistently exceeding annual goals. Dan then transitioned to YP, The Real Yellow Pages®, where they served as General Manager-Director of Sales, building a new call center and leading a team responsible for managing and growing millions in annual revenue. Dan continued their career at DexYP as Director-Sales Enablement, where they designed training curricula and strategies for call centers. Most recently, they worked at Charter Communications as Director Of Inside Sales, where they directed sales performance and operational performance while consistently exceeding objectives. Dan currently holds the position of Director Of Inside Sales at Bioventus.

Dan H. has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University. Dan also holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Administration from Monroe Community College. Additionally, they have pursued studies in Business Administration and Management at SUNY Brockport. Dan has obtained certifications in "Be a Better Manager by Motivating Your Team" from LinkedIn and is Google Adwords Certified.
