Harald Weebers

Harald Weebers has extensive experience in finance and administration. Harald worked as the Senior Finance Director International at Bioventus since April 2022, after holding the position of Finance Director International from December 2018 to March 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Finance and Administration at AngioDynamics from September 2014 to November 2018, and Finance Director International from October 2013 to August 2014. Harald also worked as the EMEA Controller at American Medical Systems from March 2009 to July 2013 and held various roles at Newell Rubbermaid, including EMEA Business Project Manager and European Accounting Manager. Before that, they were a Member of the Board of Directors and Investment Committee at Electronic Data Systems Pension Fund from January 2001 to May 2003, Accounting & Shared Services Manager Benelux from February 2000 to May 2003, and Financial Analyst Advanced from May 1996 to January 2000.

Harald Weebers has a diverse education history. In 2021, they completed a course in Building and Leading Effective Teams at Columbia Business School. In 2018, they attended Copenhagen Business School for a program on Leadership in 21st Century Organizations. In 2016, they acquired a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from NCOI Opleidingen and also obtained a Certificate in Organizational Analysis from Stanford University. From 2011 to 2015, they studied Manage Mentor Leadership at Harvard Business School. Harald also participated in an Introduction to Operations Management program at The Wharton School in 2013. Harald received their degree in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 1995. Lastly, they completed their vwo degree at Onze Lieve Vrouwen Lyceum from 1979 to 1987. Additionally, they hold certifications in various subjects, such as Accelerating Change Readiness and Agility Experience! from UC Berkeley Engineering Executive Education, and Advanced Branding, Body Language for Leaders, Creating and Giving Business Presentations, and Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn. In 2016, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from NCOI Opleidingen.
