Paula Hattley

Paula Hattley has over 25 years of work experience. Paula is currently the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion & Talent Management at Bioventus, a role they have held since October 2021. Additionally, they serve as the Sr. Sales Trainer at the same company since August 2020. Prior to this, Paula worked as an Executive Coach and Consultant at Milestones Coaching and Consulting LLC from September 2015 to January 2022. Paula provided coaching and mentoring to sharpen the leadership skills of managers and helped enhance individual and organizational performance. Before that, they were the Sr. Manager of Leadership Development Training at Advance Auto Parts from July 2018 to July 2020. Paula has also worked as a Sr. Learning Strategist at Syneos (formerly inVentiv Learning Solutions) from October 2016 to July 2018. Paula held various roles at GlaxoSmithKline from 1997 to 2015, including Director of Enterprise Skills Training and Director of Leadership Development and Sales Effectiveness. Finally, they were a Regional Trainer/Recruiter at SmithKline Beecham Corporation from 1995 to 1996.

Paula Hattley holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Maryland.
