Alex Lucas

Alex Lucas has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. They started their career at TransCanada as a Contract Support Analyst in 1998. In 2000, they worked as an Office Administrator at Canadian Pacific Railway for a brief period. In 2001, they served as a Queue Manager at ENMAX. At IBM in 2003, they worked as a Contract Support Analyst. In 2004, they joined EA BioWare as a Director Of Quality Assurance, where they led multiple teams of software engineers and focused on innovation, leadership, R&D, QA evangelism, automation, telemetry, and data visualization. They continued their Director Of Quality Assurance role at Electronic Arts (EA) starting in 2018.

Alex Lucas completed a BSc in Computer Science, with a focus on Physics and English, from the University of Calgary from 1996 to 2003. Additionally, Alex obtained a certification in PMI-ACP from Simplilearn in 2016.
