Rajeev Tandon has over 20 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Rajeev started their career in 1996 at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as an Area Sales Manager, where they managed a team and focused on launching novel drugs and building relationships with channel partners and key opinion leaders. In 1999, they joined Unichem Laboratories Limited as an Area Sales Manager, where they promoted specialty products and oversaw the appointment of distributors and development of key opinion leaders.
In 2003, Rajeev became a Regional Sales Manager at SUN PHARMA's Soleres Division, responsible for managing sales of generic products in various therapeutic areas and overseeing a large team of representatives and area sales managers. In 2006, they joined Inion Oy as a Manager of Business Development, where they worked on appointing distributors, establishing a network, and developing relationships with key opinion leaders for clinical trials and training programs.
Since 2007, Rajeev has worked at BioXcel Corporation as the Director of Administrative Operations. This role has involved overseeing various administrative operations within the company.
