Thomas Chalklen

Thomas Chalklen is an accomplished experimental scientist currently working at BioZeroc since May 2023, focusing on developing carbon negative solutions for the concrete industry's emissions. Prior to this role, Chalklen served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Cambridge from September 2022 to May 2023, where the research concentrated on controlling cohesion in photoelastic granular flow models, applicable to both natural phenomena such as avalanches and industrial processes, including pharmaceutical powder flows. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and a Master of Science (MS) in Natural Sciences, along with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Materials Science, all obtained from the University of Cambridge between October 2014 and November 2022.
