Theresa Rutkowska

Theresa Rutkowska has over two decades of experience in budget management and financial analysis, primarily in the nonprofit sector. Since 2015, Theresa has served as Senior Budget Manager at Birch Family Services, where previously held the position of Budget Manager from 2007 to 2014. Prior to joining Birch Family Services, Theresa was the Manager of Budgets, Contracts & Billing at Volunteers of America-Greater New York from 2005 to 2007, and a Budget Analyst from 2001 to 2004 at the same organization. Earlier career roles include Budget Analyst and Junior Accountant at the Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services in 2000 and 1999, respectively.
