Eliza Waldman

Eliza Waldman is an experienced music educator and performer with a diverse background in teaching and music leadership. Currently serving as a Music Instructor at The Birch Wathen Lenox School since September 2018, Eliza teaches various instruments to students of all ages and coaches a rock band program for lower school students. As the Founder and Band Leader of Eliza and the Organix, Eliza manages and performs with the band while also having provided one-on-one music lessons through Jammin' With You! from 2015 to 2019. Previous roles include band coaching and piano instruction at Willie Mae Rock Camp for Girls, summer camp counseling at New York City Rock Camp, and vibrant programming for seniors at Brightview Senior Living. Eliza has also held teaching positions at Meridee Winters School of Music and worked in marketing for The Philadelphia Singers. A graduate of Vassar College with a B.A. in Music and French, Eliza's multifaceted experience in music spans education, performance, and community engagement.
