Carel Ariola

Carmela Ariola is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and corporate services. Currently serving as a Consultant for Corporate Services at Birches Group LLC since April 2017, Carmela previously held the position of Corporate Services Manager at the same company from April 2012 to January 2016. Prior roles include Country HR Lead & Administrative Manager at the British Council and HR Department Manager at CFC Global Missions Foundation Inc. Carmela's foundational experience includes roles as Regional Program Coordinator for Southern Africa at CFC South Africa and Program Coordinator at CFC Global Mission Foundation Inc. Carmela holds a Master's degree in Business Leadership from Trinity Western University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from De La Salle University, alongside additional education from the University of the Philippines.
