Rachael Blevins

Rachael Blevins is currently the Director of Food Safety and Quality at Birchwood Foods. Prior to this role, Rachael held various positions within Tyson Foods from May 2004 to September 2021, including Senior Manager of Food Safety and Quality Assurance, Food Safety and Technical Auditor, and Lab Microbiologist/Chemist. Rachael holds a B.S. degree in Biology from Missouri State University and a Master of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Arkansas.
