VP of Logistics and Supply Chain at Bird Buddy

Dan Christian has over 28 years of experience in Logistics and Supply Chain. Dan began their career in 1983 as the Director of Distribution at the National Association of Realtors, where they were responsible for Warehouse, Customer Service, and Printing Services programs. In 1994, Dan moved to Orbit Design as the Operations Manager, where they selected, tested, and implemented new software for order entry, inventory, bill of material, and accounting. In 1995, Dan took on the role of Distribution Manager at US Robotics, where they designed, trained, and implemented ISO 9002 standard and redesigned the warehouse operations and systems to support 100% annual growth. In 1997, Dan moved to 3Com as the Logistics Manager, where they volunteered for a long-term assignment to turnaround the 3Com European distribution center in Ireland. In 2003, Dan joined Logitech, Inc. as the Director of Supply Chain Operations, where they selected a new 3PL partner for DC, RMA, and Value Added Services resulting in a net annual savings of $3.2M and improved service levels. In 2013, Dan moved to Lunatik as the Director of Operations and Supply Chain Consultant, where they provided Supply Chain expertise in the areas of Transportation and Logistics, Customer Service, 3PL management, international logistics, and cost control. In 2015, Dan joined Dyson as the Director of Logistics, where they reviewed end-to-end Supply Chain processes and implemented changes to support business strategy for e-commerce, distributors, and retailers. Currently, Dan is the VP of Logistics and Supply Chain at Bird Buddy, where they are responsible for identifying and implementing best processes in warehouse, transportation, reverse logistics, fulfillment, planning, and international trade operations.

Dan Christian obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Elmhurst University between 1990 and 1993. Dan also holds two certifications from Emtrain, one of which was obtained in August 2015 and the other of which is unspecified.
