Deepak Borania is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing and leading engineering teams. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at Bird since November 2019, Deepak previously held various positions at MakeMyTrip.com from December 2012 to October 2019, including Principal Software Engineer, where responsibilities included leading the Corporate and Visa teams, designing a new Visa business line, and developing reusable internal libraries in Go. Recognized for outstanding contributions at MakeMyTrip, Deepak received multiple awards, including Exemplary Manager of the Year for 2018-19.
