Roopa Ramesh

Roopa Ramesh has over 15 years of experience in technical account management, presales consulting, and software engineering. Currently, Roopa serves as a Technical Account Manager at MessageBird, a role held since January 2022. Previously, Roopa worked at Retarus in various capacities, including Senior Presales Consultant and Technical Account Manager, from May 2017 to February 2022. Prior experience includes positions at CA Technologies as a Service Consultant, Sterling Commerce as a Senior Software Engineer, and Infosys as a Software Engineer specializing in E-Banking. Roopa holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Atria Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing a Stanford LEAD Professional Certificate at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
