Bart Bruins

Bart Bruins has a strong background in finance and has held various leadership positions. Bart is currently the Head of Finance at Making.com since January 2023, where they oversee the financial operations. Prior to this, Bart served as the Head of Finance at StudiesIn from September 2022. Before that, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Bird Control Group from August 2021. Bart also worked as the Head of Finance at Dutchband from May 2021 and as a Parttime (interim) CFO/Head of Finance for start & scale-ups at Alpaca from April 2021. Bart served as the Head of Finance at VanMoof from January 2020 to April 2021. Bart also has experience in interim roles, having worked as an Interim CFO at Ikbenfrits from July 2019 to February 2020 and at Relay42 from May 2019 to August 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the CFO/COO at Pocket Media from September 2013 to December 2018 and as an Investment Manager at SocietyOne from March 2012 to August 2013. Bart's expertise in finance and leadership roles make him a valuable asset to any organization.

Bart Bruins pursued their education at the University of Groningen. Bart completed their Drs degree in Economics from 2001 to 2004. Later, from 2011 to 2012, they also obtained a Post master degree (Registeraccount) with a specialization in Auditing from the same university.
