Previously, Steve worked as an Environmental Health Safety Specialist at Tarkett, ensuring adherence to Safe Work Practices and regulatory standards. A retired Lieutenant Commander from the U.S. Coast Guard, Steve has over 26 years of experience in environmental regulatory compliance and safety management, including roles in claims management and incident command system modernization. Steve holds a Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Mountain State University.
