Hillary Greene has a vast background in the restaurant industry, starting as a Kitchen & FOH Employee at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants and working their way up to various leadership roles. Hillary currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at Birdcall, with previous experience including roles such as Director of Restaurant Operations at Anheuser-Busch and Director of Human Resources & Training at Maple & Ash. Hillary graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor's degree from the School of Hotel Administration and holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Culinary Institute of America.
