Brenna Ingram

Brenna Ingram has a diverse work experience in various industries. Brenna started their career at MARSHALLS LLC, where they worked as a Sales Associate, Mens and Kids Coordinator, and Key Carrier from 2013 to 2017. Brenna then interned at Target as an Executive Team Leader Intern in 2018. In the same year, they also served as an Executive Board Member and later as the Director of Outreach and Member Engagement at the American Marketing Association. In 2017, Brenna worked as an Orientation Student Leader and as a Transfer Student Services Intern at Western Michigan University. Brenna continued their involvement with the university in 2018 as a Co-Instructor for Business 1000. Brenna also worked as a Regional Sales Trainer and later as a Sales Execution Representative at Whirlpool Corporation from 2019 to 2020. Following that, they joined Freedom Mortgage as an Operations Development Trainer from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Brenna is the Sales Enablement Manager - Onboarding at Birdeye, where they help businesses grow through customer satisfaction.

Brenna Ingram obtained their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Grand Rapids Community College, where they attended from 2013 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Brenna has also obtained certifications in Sales Enablement Pro - Sales Readiness Initiative from Sales Enablement PRO in September 2022, and in Email Marketing from HubSpot in October 2020.
