Pooja Jha

Pooja Jha started their work experience in 2017 as a Technical Support Specialist at eClinicalWorks. Pooja held this role until June 2021, when they became a Technical Support Mentor at the same company. Pooja Jha continued in this mentorship role until July 2023, when they joined Birdeye as a Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Pooja Jha completed their education at Arya College of Engineering and IT where they earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science. Pooja attended the college from 2013 to 2017.
