Souvik Das has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Souvik is currently working as the Head of Revenue Operations & Growth Strategy at Birdie, a leading home healthcare technology platform. In this role, they are responsible for transforming the lives of older adults by supporting care providers and improving efficiency in day-to-day operations.

Prior to their current position, Souvik served as the Director of Revenue Operations at Linnworks from June 2020 to May 2023, where they played a key role in optimizing revenue generation processes.

Souvik Das completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Management at Imperial College Business School from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, they pursued a degree in Pharmacology & Neuroscience, specializing in Biomedical Sciences, at UCL. In 2007, Souvik attended Lansdowne College, where they studied Maths, Biology, Chemistry, and Geography, although no specific degree was mentioned for this period.
