Sandford Birdsey

Sandford Birdsey has a diverse work experience in the real estate and construction industries. Sandford started their career in 1997 as the Managing Director and Director of Real Estate at Univest, a role they held until 2002. Sandford then joined GMACCM - MortgageRamp as a Senior Managing Director from 1997 to 2004. In 2004, they founded The Birdsey Group, LLC, a national real estate consulting firm, where they currently serve as the President and CEO. In 2010, they also established Birdsey Construction Management and Birdsey Preservation Partners, where they hold the position of President. Throughout their career, they have received recognition for the rapid growth of their companies.
