Bill Liu

Bill Liu has been working in the tech industry since 2015. Bill began their career as a Cofounder at Cloud Health Technologies. In 2019, they co-founded Birdstop and assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer.

Bill Liu obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University between 2008 and 2012. Bill then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Houston between 2013 and 2015.
