Robert Reynoso has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Robert began as a Resident Advisor at San Jose State University in 2012, then interned at NASA Ames Research Center the same year. In 2015, they took a Flight Operations role at Trade Winds Aviation. In 2017, they became a Flight Engineer at X, the moonshot factory. In 2018, they were a Fellow at Braven and a Flight Test Engineer and Intern at Nightingale Security. Finally, in 2020, they took the role of Head of Field Engineering and Lead Field Engineer at Birdstop, where they are responsible for flight operations, field deployments, and flight/hardware testing, as well as developing and deploying machine learning.
Robert Reynoso is currently enrolled in the Flatiron School Data Science & Machine Learning program, which they began in 2021. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering, Aviation from San Jose State University in 2020. Robert also holds certifications from the PADI Rescue Diver (2013), American Red Cross Lifeguard (2011), and Federal Aviation Administration 14 CFR Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (2019).
