Lina Li

Lina Li is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at 壁仞科技 since August 2021, Lina previously held significant roles at ams AG, including Global Head of Human Capital Development and Regional Head of HR for Asia. Prior to that, positions at Mars as MyP&O Director, at Royal Canin as Director of People & Organization, and as HR Director for LKK China Trading further showcase Lina's expertise. Lina began the HR career as a Senior HR Business Partner Manager at NXP Semiconduct in the Greater China region and served as National HR Manager for Heineken International. Lina holds an MBA in Management from the University of Plymouth, obtained between 2002 and 2003.
