Emma Bauer

Emma Bauer is a professional with diverse experience in community engagement, content management, and digital strategy. Currently serving as Community & Event Specialist at Fjällräven since September 2024, Emma has also held the role of Manager Content & CX Europe at BIRKENSTOCK since May 2021. Prior experience includes a position as a Praktikant in Digital Strategy & Innovation at FC Bayern München, and work as a Werkstudent at Siemens in Digital Industries - Software. Emma has also contributed to the ZF Group, first on a Bachelor thesis project focused on E-Mobility and then as an intern in Plant Controlling. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Management from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and a Bachelor of Arts in International Management from Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt.
