Justin Haak

Justin Haak is an accomplished logistics and supply chain professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Group Vice President & Managing Director of Global Logistics at BIRKENSTOCK since November 2022, Justin oversees logistics performance at the group level, managing a complex factory and distribution network. Prior to this, Justin held the position of Global Director Strategic Customer Development at DHL Supply Chain, and spent over 11 years at BAT in various supply chain leadership roles, including Supply Chain Program Director and Area Supply Chain Director for North Europe. Earlier career experiences include positions at APL and GSK, where Justin developed expertise in ocean freight pricing, trade marketing, and supply chain planning. Justin holds a Master’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Cranfield School of Management and additional qualifications in Maritime Economics & Logistics.
