Katja Schulze-Berge

Katja Schulze-Berge is currently the Head of Global Sales Order Management at Birkenstock Group B.V. & Co. KG since January 2022. Prior to this role, Katja held various positions at Nike, including EMEA Marketplace Operations Key City Manager for Berlin from April to December 2021, and Marketplace Operations Development Manager from June 2008 to March 2021, where responsibilities included project management, supply chain optimization, and strategic account management. Katja's experience also encompasses roles in customer operations, where leadership of teams and oversight of order management were emphasized. Katja obtained an Industriekauffrau degree from Berufsbildende Schule Wirtschaft II Ludwigshafen and has pursued further education at the University of Mannheim and FernUniversität in Hagen.
