Lincy Romy

Lincy Romy has a robust background in talent acquisition, currently serving in that capacity at thinkbridge since September 2022. Previous experience includes a role in talent acquisition at Zinnov for a brief period in mid-2021 and leading recruitment efforts at TeamLease from February 2016 to March 2020. Lincy's earlier career features a position as a Senior Network Engineer at Tata Teleservices from July 2008 to September 2011. Lincy holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai, completed in 2008, and previously studied science at Atomic Energy Junior College, as well as at Atomic Energy Central School.
