Mark Waterhouse

Mark Waterhouse, MBCS, is an experienced Business Analyst with a robust background in system analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Currently at Birmingham Children's Trust since June 2020, Mark is responsible for a range of analytical tasks including supporting the integration of third-party systems and building user stories for development teams. Previous roles include significant contributions at Mobile Fun, where Mark enhanced business intelligence and improved operational processes, and the Big Lottery Fund, where Mark managed requirements for CRM systems and SAP installations. Mark holds a Master of Science in Cognitive Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Birmingham.
