Tracey Thomas

Tracey Thomas is an experienced professional in the field of social work, currently serving as the Head of Service Delivery for Birmingham Children's Trust since October 2018, following a role as Assistant Head within the Youth Offending Service. Prior to this, Tracey was a Team Manager overseeing Children in Care and Safeguarding. Tracey's career also includes a position as Team Manager for the Adoption Team at Walsall Council and as Team Manager for the Leaving Care Team at Birmingham City Council. Earlier experience includes serving as a Family Court Advisor and Guardian at Cafcass, and as a Youth Offending Courts Officer in the London Borough of Southwark. Tracey holds a Master's degree in Social Work from London Metropolitan University.
