Alison Jones

Alison Jones is the Director of Human Resources & Development at Birmingham Metropolitan College since January 2016. Prior to this role, Alison held positions as the Human Resources Director at GKN plc from 2006 to January 2016, and as the Human Resources Director at GKN Driveline from 1997 to 2006. Alison has a Postgraduate Diploma in Employment Relations from Coventry University and a BA Honours in Applied Social Science with Industrial Studies from the same university. Alison is a senior HR leader with experience in developing and delivering HR strategies globally, with a focus on employee engagement, talent management, and HR processes.
